弊社のPDS（プロジェクト・開発マネジメントサービス）チームは、110人を超える建設プロジェクト管理の専門家であるプロジェクトマネージャー（PM）を中核としたプロフェッショナルで構成されています。クライアントの要望に即し、プロジェクト要件定義をはじめ、プロジェクトコンサルティング、企画、開発、工事、管理、ワークプレイスコンサルティング、ワークプレイスデザインなど、プロジェクト遂行のほぼ全てのマネジメント・サポートサービスをワンストップで提供しています。PDSチームは近年では約260件/年のプロジェクトを成功裏に完了し、管理する建設費は約4,000億円/年にのぼります。また、国境を越えたクロスボーダープロジェクトにおいても、世界各国のJLLチームと緊密に連携しています。

【職務概要】

シニア積算マネージャーとして、社内外のステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、プロジェクトのコストプランニングのサポートや見積書の査定、分析、評価などをリードして頂きます。ベンダー・サプライヤーの購買プロセスにおいては、入札・契約のサポートを実施して頂きます。定期的に建設市場の価格調査やレポーティング、社内外への共有や発信を取りまとめます。また、積算に関する最新状況や知見やスキルをPDSメンバーに水平展開し、トレーニングなどを通してPMの積算能力の向上を図って頂きます。

【主要業務内容】

プロジェクト初期段階や設計時のコストプランニングによる建設コスト予算書作成のPMへの補助プロジェクトにおける各種見積書の査定、分析、評価書作成、ベンダー・クライアントとの協議のPMへの補助プロジェクトコストデータの整理、分析、まとめ建設市場コスト調査の実施および分析外部に発信できる定期的な建設市況レポートの作成工事業者、ベンダー、サプライヤーの候補先調査・入札・交渉・契約プロセスのサポート・アシスタント積算手法、コストデータを部署内の同僚および部下に対して展開し、教育できる方

募集要項：

【必須（MUST）】

総合請負工事会社での施工管理、積算経験（20年以上）新築工事、内装工事の見積内容（建築、構造、設備、外構、通信、家具等）を理解し、査定を行うことが出来るベンダー、クライアントとの価格折衝経験がある請負契約書締結交渉経験があるVE・コストダウン提案経験がある英語記述による設計図書や仕様書、メール等の書類を概ね理解することが出来る

【歓迎（WANT）】

下記の資格を保有されている方は優遇致します

技術士、一級建築士、一級建築施工管理技士

年齢：40～50代（経験内容により60代も可）
