What this job involves:

Leadership & Team Management:

Experienced in actively encouraging an environment of teamwork, cooperation, high performance and individuals’ success

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Unprecedented business growth, working on an exceptionally exciting account with a Client recognized globally as a leader in their industry, you will be personally committed to building your knowledge of their business and relationships with stakeholders to implement strategies and projects to best support our successResponsible for achieving all KPI’s and SLA’s in the Client contract through continuous delivery of exceptional quality service

Facility Management:

FM Account/Portfolio management in a multinational environment with tactical experience of vendor management, budgeting & spend management, soft services, engineering, sourcing, space planning/MAC, hard services and office fit-out projectsService delivery, performance management and contract compliance

Vendor Management:

Oversee all vendor contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered with value for money outcomes, well-monitored and re-negotiated as required to ensure the best value to the ClientProvide guidance to the site teams to ensure appropriate processes are followed to conduct major sourcing/procurement activitiesEnsure vendors performance is managed, and all services are delivered as per the contract

You understand when to provide high level and concise updates, and the time for a more detailed analysis and update.
