We are seeking a promising and experienced Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of the company's global cloud infrastructure. This role will have a direct impact on the efficiency, security, and cost management of our multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will be responsible for developing standardized guidelines to be followed by all applications (AP), ensuring alignment with our network design, security planning, and backup/recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cloud Architecture Design and Optimization: Design and optimize the global cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.

-Multi-Cloud Platform Management: Manage the company’s resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms, including account, subscription, and project management, ensuring that each AP adheres to the company’s established guidelines.

-Standardized Guideline Development: Develop and implement standardized guidelines for all applications (AP) to follow in the cloud environment, covering network design, security planning, and backup/recovery strategies, ensuring consistency and compliance.

-Security and Compliance Management: Ensure that cloud infrastructure complies with company security standards and legal requirements, implementing cloud security strategies and measures (e.g., CIS benchmarks, DDoS protection).

-Cloud Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage, ensuring efficient cost management and budget control.

-Technical Leadership: Lead the technical team in establishing best practices for cloud operations, promoting automation to enhance operational efficiency.

-Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

-Technical Documentation Management: Create and maintain technical documentation and procedural manuals related to cloud infrastructure and operations.

Required:

-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

-Work Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in cloud architecture and operations management, with at least 3 years of experience managing multi-cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud architecture design and operations, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

-Standardization Experience: Experience in developing and implementing standardized guidelines for cloud infrastructure to ensure consistency and compliance across platforms.

-Security Knowledge: Understanding of cloud security, network design, identity and access management, compliance requirements, etc.

-Leadership Ability: Experience in team collaboration, capable of supporting a technical team to achieve goals.

-Communication and Collaboration: Excellent cross-department communication skills, able to effectively translate technical needs into business solutions.

-Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash), and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).

Preferred Skills:

-Experience managing cloud environments in global enterprises.

-Familiarity with cloud billing and budget management tools
