1. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts in both Chinese and English.
2. Assist in responding to and resolving agency investigations and pre-litigation disputes, including patent infringement claims, administrative investigation notices, government compliance reviews, labor disputes, and private claims.
3. Provide innovative and practical legal advice.
4. Build and maintain professional, trusted, and productive relationships within the company and with external stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, cost-effective legal solutions.

Requirements：
1.Education: Bachelor of law degree is required (LLB); LLM degree and bar license is a plus.
2.Experience: 3+ years of relevant work at a major law firms or in-house department of a MNC.
3.Native in Chinese and Fluent in English (With other language proficiency, i.e. Thai or Vietnamese is plus)
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multi-task. Ask questions, think independently, foster cross-function relationship, and provide alternative solutions to meet business objectives.
5.Having a growth mindset to learn about company’s new business and technology to grow with the company
6.Able to work in a fast-paced environment
7.IP related background is a plus.
