Your Role: Technical support and promotion of SIEMENS innovative products and solutions to customers and business partners. + Technical knowledge of entire SIEMENS low voltage components and systems for technical consultation + Provide technical support for low voltage components and systems. + Provide technical support and training to Partners and Customers + Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email Qualifications & Skills + Over 3-5 years experience of Factory Automation and Process Automation industry as a Technical support, Field support,Troubleshooting/Fault analysis. + Basic understanding of industrial low voltage components + industrial automation and electrical engineering knowledge + low voltage components, energy management components + Language skills: fluent Japanese and basic English
