We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic intern to support the Acer Gaming CEO. This internship provides a unique opportunity to engage in business process optimization and standardization, assisting in the consolidation of collaboration models between Taiwan and overseas markets. The intern will help structure reports and processes to ensure effective upward reporting to brand partners and downward management of sales channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Optimization & Standardization Assist in evaluating and optimizing existing business SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Support the development of standardized collaboration models to improve coordination between Taiwan and overseas markets. Cross-Market Coordination & Reporting Analyze and document business collaboration models across Taiwan and international markets. Assist in creating standardized report templates to enhance upward reporting to brand partners and downward management of sales channels. Process Implementation & Global Alignment Contribute to the development, optimization, and standardization of operational workflows for overseas subsidiaries. Support global teams in aligning business processes with corporate strategies and market needs. Expected Outcomes Successfully assist in developing, refining, and standardizing business processes and reporting structures. Improve the efficiency and consistency of market collaboration models. Create operational workflows that can be adopted by overseas subsidiaries to streamline global operations. Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. A proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Basic data analysis and business reporting skills. Interest in the gaming industry is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
