The future Sunny in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach is poised to redefine the beach getaway experience offering a perfect blend of rich history and unparalleled amenities. The resort will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, ocean-front pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including a unique oceanfront terrace. 

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

 

Guest Service: Take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and deliver items promptly.Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the cocktail menu, offering thoughtful suggestions to enhance the guest experience.Upselling: Proactively suggest pairings or premium offerings to elevate guest satisfaction.Cleanliness: Ensure tables and lounge areas are clean and inviting at all times.Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders and barbacks to ensure seamless service.Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary. What We Are Looking For:

 

Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine.A polished and professional appearance.Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Benefits
