Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue and maintaining existing customers within the assigned sales segment. Your role includes identifying business opportunities with small to medium-sized customers, conducting client meetings, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer retention.

담당영업 Segment에서신규매출을창출하고기존고객을유지하는역할을수행합니다. 중소형고객을대상으로영업기회를발굴하고, 영업목표달성을위해고객방문및상담을진행하며, 매출증대및고객유지활동을수행합니다.

Responsibilities:

Identifying sales opportunities and conduct sales calls to develop the market.Prospecting potential customers in the assigned segmentMeeting and exceeding the given sales targets in the assigned territory.Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns to meet customer satisfaction.Co-work with operation and supporting department to resolve the escalated issue.Making contract with customer and monitor compliance.Suggestion of quotation and solution to customer.Contract renewal and negotiation.영업 기회 발굴 및 시장 개발을 위한 영업 활동 수행담당 Segment 내 잠재 고객 발굴 및 영업 상담 진행영업 목표 달성 및 초과 달성을 위한 전략 실행고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 문제 해결 및 요청 사항 대응운영 및 지원 부서와 협력하여 이슈 해결고객과 계약 체결 및 계약 준수 여부 모니터링고객 맞춤형 견적 및 솔루션 제안계약 갱신 및 협상 진행

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry (preferred)Experience in the Automotive/High-Tech (e.g., automotive, semiconductor, electronics) industries (preferred)Strong communication skills in English for business operations and coordination with global partnersExcellent problem-solving skills with a sales-driven and highly motivated mindsetPositive, responsible, and customer-centric attitudeValid driver’s license and personal vehicle ownership (preferred, but not mandatory)학사 학위 소지자 (우대)3년 이상의 B2B 영업 경험 보유자 (우대)물류/공급망 산업 관련 경험자 (우대)Automotive/High-Tech(자동차, 반도체, 전자제품 등)산업 관련 경험자 (우대)영어로 업무 처리 및 해외 파트너와 원활한 소통 가능자문제 해결 능력이 뛰어나며, 영업 지향적이고 동기 부여가 강한 분긍정적이며, 책임감이 강하고 고객 중심적인 사고를 가진 분운전 면허 소지 및 자가 차량 보유자 (우대 사항, 필수 아님)

Working Hours:

40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)
