Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Program Manager for our OES customers to lead our projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong customer relationships while meeting profitability targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for driving cross-functional teams to success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer expectations and profitability targets are met.Own program success by defining and monitoring KPIs (service level, budget, profitability).Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary contact for program-related topics.Identify and resolve conflicts proactively.Lead cross-functional teams and manage program changes.Qualifications3+ years in a customer-facing project, program, or sales role.Strong project management skills.Fluent in both English and Japanese.Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical affinity is a plus.Self-driven, resilient, and able to motivate cross-functional teams.Open to international collaboration and travel (1-2 times a year).
