Job type: Regular Position Summary The Business Intelligence & Analytics CoE (BI&A) plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights across APAC. By analyzing market-specific data and driving regional projects, we empower J&J colleagues to make informed decisions. [Main responsibilities] Local Business Report Update and Delivery + Update the monthly business report with the latest data to share with leadership teams and commercial partners. + Include insights in the deliverables and coordinate any necessary follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders. Patient-Based Model Operation/Discussion + Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss key assumptions for the forecasting model, incorporating them accurately into the model. + Perform a comparative analysis to identify changes from the previous business planning model. + Update the model with the latest data to assess current market dynamics and brand performance.
