Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at upskilling and reskilling employees in technical competencies related to automotive and embedded software technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives which focus on professional competences.Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and management to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with Bosch’s standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with department to develop technical program, internal trainer, training framework to support upskilling & reskilling for developing professional competences.Utilize a variety of training methods and technologies to engage and educate employees, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed to ensure maximum impact.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our training approach.Actively participate in L&D projects and ad-hoc L&D scope based on business needs.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development in software technologies or automative technologies.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that have had a measurable impact on employee performance and organizational success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
