Job DescriptionIn-charge of monthly change requests in MEC and YEC templates from users worldwide.Release MEC and YEC task lists, ensure all tasks could run successfully as expectation, fix errors where possible, tracking corner tasks (critical tasks e.g., period management tasks)Consult users and prepare Working Day shift requests to proceed on task list release date, if any.Consult and support users with concept of different variables and variant creation.Support FCC roll-out projects in APAC region (define timeline for projects, finalize MEC scenario, organize kick-off meeting, collaborate with CI to ensure customizing and roles are available, follow-up with key users for FCC testing, variant creating)Support future projects in the process environment, in particularly the introduction of S/4HANA with implementation of AFC tool.Provide trainings regarding FCC tool and concepts to usersFirst level support for FCC users worldwidePropose ideas and improvement for FCC innovation topics

QualificationsGraduate / post-graduate in the field of accounting, business administration, business informatics or similar subjects.1-3 years of working experience.SAP experience (desirable)Languages: very good written and spoken English skills
