BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. 

Job DescriptionCreate and present high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ productsImplement and support the SAP SuccessFactors projects.Consult clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.Support and enhance SuccessFactors components to meet client needs.Configure SuccessFactors components to meet client needs.Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.Support pre-sales activities

QualificationsProfessional SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules, preferably Employee Central5+ years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.5+ years of HCM business experience or familiarity with key HCM concepts.3+ years’ experience in implementing SF EC ModuleImplementation/support experience with SuccessFactors EC module (at least 5 projects).Proficiency in gathering, assessing requirements from functional business owners.Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.Good at English communication
