Develop and implement a comprehensive worksite marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals. Lead the worksite marketing team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the worksite marketing sector. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Oversee sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity, reporting and sales operation process. Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Mentor and develop the worksite marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develop and manage the worksite marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager  Support C-level management in establishing senior level relationship and decision-making process at Steering Committee. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on worksite marketing or related industries. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing sales operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
