Objectives of this role
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities for Chubb Life and its partners. They will develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue goals, analyze consumer behaviors and trends, and optimize digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, stay updated on social media trends, and possess superior project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive Conversion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign strategy and calendar to drive customer acquisition targets Own media planning activities to drive paid and unpaid media strategies to drive increased conversion Guide paid efforts across channels, optimizing growth objectives in line with marketing spend. - Own Marketing Operational Processes: Define, document and roll out guidelines and processes for Strategic Marketing Fund disbursement, use and reconciliation. Create clear R&R across Chubb and MOMO teams to ensure seamless day to day operations. Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. - Drive a test and learn approach leveraging data and behavioral insights to continuously optimize campaigns and conversion Leverage data driven insights and collaborate with data analytics function Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics on overall campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.- Drive innovation:
Research and propose innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. - KPIS: Sales: APE, Year 1 Persistency Digital Marketing: Website/ App traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), social media engagement, relevant digital platforms engagement and performance metrics. 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing, with a proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth leveraging paid media campaigns. 2. Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends. 3. Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices, understanding the unique opportunities and challenges associated with mobile user acquisition and engagement. 4. Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics. 5. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and current digital trends, staying updated on emerging technologies and techniques to implement innovative growth strategies. 6. Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for marketing purposes and leveraging them to drive sales. 7. Possess an analytical mind with a strong passion for data measurement and insights generation, leveraging data-driven decision making for continuous optimization and improvement. 8. Commercial oriented mindset, ability to connect marketing strategy effectiveness across the sales funnel, specifically in the Insurance or Financial Services context. 9. Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns and improve performance across digital channels. 10. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including Product, Services, and Sales, to align growth strategies and achieve revenue objectives. 11. Strong project management and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead successful growth campaigns from conception to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. 12. Exceptional written, oral, and organizational abilities, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly. 13. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
