[Chubb Life] Head of Digital Partnership

Objectives of this role

The Head of Digital Partnership will be responsible for nurturing and growing strategic partnerships to drive mutual success for both Chubb and our partners. This role will focus on actively establishing strong relationships and driving the actions to realize the business results of the partnership. The objectives of this role will cover long-term partnerships that result in revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention and overall expansion of partnership scope.

 

Responsibilities

1. Act as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their goals. 2. Proactively engage with partners to understand partners’ customer journey in order to initiate utilization of Company’s products & identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 3. Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including marketing, product & operation, to develop partnership campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention. 4. Conduct regular business reviews to track sales funnel performance metrics and identify areas for business improvement. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities & initiate new models for strategic partnerships and stay ahead of market changes. 6. Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives with strong project management skills and manage multiple stakeholders externally & internally. 7. Oversee the impact of different back-end and front-end designs to customer journey & business results and be able to steer the course of development at critical moments. 8. Support C-level management in establishing senior level relationship and decision making process at Steering Committee. 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience in partnership management, strategic account management or project management in a technology-related environment . 3. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with partners at all levels. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and utilize data-driven insights to drive partnership discussion and action planning. 6. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to influence cross-functional teams to achieve partnership goals. 7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events. 8. Prior experience working at or a strong understanding of E-commerce, E-wallet or Fintech company is a preferred qualification 9. Strong understanding of both agile model & traditional models of technical development and bridge the gap in operation between the company and different partners 10. Track records demonstrated adaptability & pressure management capability, to handle with various situation in a high-profile strategic partnership
