Job Description

 

Plan, organize and track meeting, online & offlineAssist & create communication/reporting materials (Pptx. Exel. Power BI)Prepare monthly newsletter (Canva or similar design app is a must)Provide assistance in internal & external event executionAssist in communication around event management including timelines, calendars, reports, presentations, diagramsAssist with event logistics and onsite event managementCapture engaging photos and/or videos to support internal & external events

QualificationsUndergraduate students in Marketing, Communications, or related majors.Can join 6 months internship from Monday to FridayProvide the recommendation/introduction letter from the universitiesNo previous working experience required, although having experiences in content creation, event coordination is a plus.Good English Communication skillProficient in MS OfficeGood interpersonal and organization skillsCan-do attitude, urge in learning and developmentEyes for detailsAbility to work in multicultural teams
