BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. 

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our Bosch Global Application Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving SAP tickets related to Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP SD processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve SAP tickets related to the SD module, ensuring timely responses and solutions to user issues.User Support: Provide expert guidance and support to end-users on SAP SD functionalities, including order processing, pricing, shipping, and billing.System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of the SAP SD module to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, ticket resolutions, and system changes to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP functional teams (e.g., MM, FI) and technical teams to address cross-module issues and implement solutions.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system enhancements to optimize SAP SD functionalities.

Qualifications

Required skills:

Domain expertise in Sales and DistributionShould have thorough knowledge on Sales Order Management , Delivery processing, Transportation management, Invoice processing.Output Management - through EDI, FILE transfer, Mail, PDF forms. Scripts, Smart forms.Very Good Knowledge in Idoc processing, Error handling and IDOC mapping knowledgeVery Good experience in Job setups, process and Job error analysisStrong experience in Delivery, Shipments, Picking , packing , WM interface topics,Pricing: Configuration, error analysis.Credit Management, Availability check, Revenue recognition, Credit/Debit MemoProcessing, Sales Returns, Free of charge delivery, Intercompany, STO, BillingHandling incident, service requests and problem tickets in SAP SD. Ability to do configuration, master data changes, end-to-end process flowAbap Debugging skills preferredVery good knowledge in LSMW.Cross module : CS,MM,FICO, PP,APO, GTS knowledge is an added advantageSAP S/4 Sales process understanding and good exposure.Special business processes – 3rd Party / Consignments / Returns

Desired Skills:

SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, S/4 Hana, ITIL certificationLanguage: very good written and spoken English skills
